Well, let’s start with the bad news – Tokyopop listed their winners for their Rising Stars of Manga Contest, and I am not one of them. Not too surprised at that, but what the hell, it was worth a shot (and a hell of a good exercise, to boot). However, that leads into the good news. The good news is the entry, if you remember, was a Golden Boy prequel, which I’ll be posting up here, free for all to view. Look for it in the next couple weeks.
In other news, I have 10 pages left to color, and a cover to finish. It was looking like I could easily make the self-imposed October 20th deadline, but I forgot to take into account this guy’s wedding. I could still do it, but I am feeling a bit more flexible on the deadline now.
