Here’s an additional panel that I’ve been working on to help smooth out the story slightly. Man, my drawing is so much looser now! I wish I would have been this expressive when I was starting this book. Ah, live and learn, I guess.
I wanted to get what I felt being a kid in Omaha was like during autumn down on paper. I can see bright sun on a crisp Saturday morning, with a rainfall of leaves. These were times when I was the happiest.
