As in, “Gee, lettering is Boring.” I keep distracting myself with random websites or wanna-be-important email that I simply must send right now. Good thing it’s pretty easy – I’m up to page 18 (I started on page 3 this evening). There have been two semi-stressful situations in this part of the process:

  1. Re-writing dialogue to fit balloons, because I can be a wordy bastard at times in the script.
  2. Cutting balloons to fit with the panel borders. This part sucks, because so often you think you have it right only to zoom in and see a point skewed slightly.

Of course, you might not have this problem if you were to hand-letter your work, but I’m too far gone for that now. Whee!
