AIDS Marathon

I promised Tim I'd help get the word out about his efforts here. Timmy is running a marathon and he needs our help. Here's the scoop:

We are rasing money for APLA - AIDS Project Los Angeles, the leading provider of health and social wellness programs for people living with AIDS. We are committed to raise $7200.00 by August 29th. We are also training for a marathon in support of people living with AIDS worldwide. We have been training and fundraising for the last 4 months. Last week we ran 18 miles, this week is 20. It's hard, but it is alot easier than living daily with AIDS. We run the marathon on Octotber 31st in Dublin, Ireland. I can't think of a better way to do something to help in the fight against AIDS.

Sounds like a good cause to me, yeah? Plus, the idea of Tim running a marathon makes me smile at night. Good stuff.
