Bullet Points Can't Stop Them!
- Want to catch up on all four seasons of The Wire? Now you can in a mere four minutes.
- Finally finished The Yiddish Policemen’s Union last night. Usual reading pattern: started it last year, read 50 pages, put it down for 4 months, and plowed through it in 3 days. Excellent book.
- And I’ve been hearing good things about Chabon’s new book, Gentlemen Of The Road, whose original title was awesome, I thought (Jews With Swords), but probably not practical.
- But I’ve started to read The Rider, so the next Chabon book will have to wait.
- The Rider is supplemental vitamins to get me to ride the bike in the basement everyday.
- I’ve been enjoying watching Brotherhood on the iPod whilst doing my hamster spins. Not as good as The Wire, but still good in its own way.
- This whole post is about reading books and watching TV…
- Even the title for the post is a reference to David Tennant’s Doctor Who (exclaiming that bullets can’t stop a werewolf – duh).

Watching Brotherhood?
We’ll have to talk about it when you’re done. I liked it more than I expected to.
I’m halfway through the first season of Dexter now and I have to say I’m really digging it. Between Brotherhood and Dexter, Showtime seems to be getting some good shows.
