Day After Turkey Day
I’m at work today, getting a tremendous amount of tasks done. I’ve always liked going into work the day after Thanksgiving because no one calls you, or bugs you. You can just sit and bust ass. I’ve gotten more done this morning than I have the previous three days.
I made it to Krypton Comics Black Friday sale this morning at 6AM; I cannot let 50% off everything in the store pass me by. Fellow Shocktraumanaut Bruce McCorkindale was there also picking up some great deals. It was 7AM after I made it through the line. I headed over to my neighborhood coffee shop to grab some wake-up juice before heading in. Read my WSJ, drank my coffee in peace, and jumped back in the car to start my work day.
Another dinner awaits me tonight.

I am canadian so my thanksgiving is in October, but sounds like yourse was awsome just the same. what all did you manage to purchase on your 50% splurge?
