I’m having a hard time making up my mind now:

    This one or this one?

I’m not allowed to purchase one until we get a house (whenever that will be), but damn if I’m not one conflicted S.O.B. now!

I don’t know… did you see the Sixty-5’s “Modern Japanese switchgear?” The black paint that turns dark green in the sunlight?

    It’s a hard choice!

The 500 defintely LOOKS cooler.. But I’m betting the Sixty-5 is a nicer ride – and by “ride” I don’t mean like, you know, “check out my ride,” I mean it’s probably smoother and more comfortable.

So taking that it to account, you shoud of course go with the 500.

Well, the Sixty-5 has at least 15 years of technological achievement on it, what with its “modern Japanese switchgear” and all (I’m sorry, I can’t get over that, too funny).

There are aesthetically pleasing aspects out of both the decades these bikes are from. The 500 would make you feel like James Dean or riding out of Nazi Germany in The Great Escape. The Sixty-5 would make you feel like a mod badass. Both are appealing to me.

Maybe I’ll just get the 500 and a vintage scooter for the hell of it?

Frankly, I would much rather feel like a “badass” than James Dean.

I’ve actually ridden one of these (the 350, minus the “Classic” kit) in the optional sidecar. It was so cool.

Riding in a sidecar is kind of like when you sat on your skateboard and had another kid pull you on their dirt bike. Except, y’know, about 50 mph faster.
