Free Comic Book Day This Saturday

So, it is that time of year again! Time for free comics and free sketches! Woo-hoo!

I’ll be at Krypton Comics this Saturday from 10am until 6pm doing free sketches for all-comers! As usual, a passle of Shocktraumanauts will be holding down the fort with me, including Fredd Gorham, Jason Caskey, Rick Hiltbrunner and the ever-charming(?) Bruce McCorkindale. Margot Kidder (Lois Lane from the Christopher Reeve Superman films) will be there signing along with the 501st Legion of Stormtroopers.

Even though I work all day, I love FCBD. Krypton holds it like a mini-convention. We get to interact with so many fans of the medium, fans who are also carrying a stack of comics that they may not have tried before. The whole day is about fans, new and old, and about celebrating comics.
