Friday Fun: Max Meets His Fans
Last Saturday, Shocktrauma Studios O-town Division set up shop in Krypton Comics to jam on some comic drawrin’! Bruce McCorkindale decided to enhance the festivities with several well-drawn jabs at yours truly:
We do these jam sessions once a month at Krypton Comics, entitled “Inside the Artist Studio.” It is open to all, so if you would like to learn more about the field of comics, get tips, show us your portfolio, or just jam with us while we draw, stop by. Krypton Comic’s mailing list usually announces when the next session is, and I try to announce it on my mailing list also.
Just be prepared to take some crap. No one is safe! Not even me!
I can see the excitement running aroung my wrist. I have been drawing since five, but I did not have a formal training. I am a member of an artist club here in Milwaukee. Right now, we are reaching out to kids who might have the talent. Since we are dedicated to serve, we make sure that we share what little talent we have to others.
