Gasp... Finally!
Almost a year later, and we finally have a contract on a house (pending an inspection).
God, that was exhausting! We snuck a peek last night and it felt right (it only having been on the market for a few hours). It is a fixer, though. I have to get pictures of the wallpaper which is so old it is almost back to being cool again. Other little things that need updating, but so much potential.
Of course, the wife left for an out of town business outing until Sunday, leaving me with the mess. The stomach churning began promptly after our agent called me. It got worse when I started to mutter to myself about potential lawn mowers.
The absolute best part is that I can bike to work easily (if my tendon ever heals, for crying out loud), and maybe even walk it with cooperating weather.
That would be ginchy!
