Hiring Young, Recent Graduates

After they’ve read my somewhat snarky guide, recent design graduates would do themselves a big favor to go and visit this Speak Up post. Be sure to read the following conversation on why or why wouldn’t a design firm hire you. It is a hot topic that leads to great reading from a multitude of designers.
