Really Last Minute Time

Quick Step starts tomorrow. You would think that I would have the first page done and in the can. You would be wrong.

Oh, I have it pencilled; this much is true. However, do I have it inked, lettered, toned, and made web-ready? No. I knew this would happen… I’ve always waited to the last minute on my comics when I actually have a deadline. And really, I’m sitting pretty. The hard part is done: I have the page pencilled, and more importantly, my story has been completed for awhile. At this point, it is all follow-through, or execution.

It’ll get done.

I like not working ahead in advance. Keeps me fresh.
