Screw Winter

I am officially tired of winter. The cold doesn’t really bother me, but the snow is so annoying, mainly because Omaha can never seem to figure out the whole snow removal thing. It ranks very high on the “Reasons to Move” list. I like being able to go places, and when I can’t, I get antsy. Thankfully, beer helps.

Once I got word of the imminent snow storm last night, I ran out to the store for supplies – pop, pizza, and an 18-pack of beer. Now that there is an overnight accumulation of six inches on the ground, I can sit inside on the couch drinking all day, laughing, for no real reason.
