The Quick Step site has launched. I had the realization last week that it had been a year since I had conceived of my little mouse Lorenzo and his dancing ways; I figured it was time to tell his story, despite everything in my being telling me to wait (stage fright, I think). The script has been drafted awhile ago. All I have to do is draw a page a week until it is done in December.
Here’s the deal: Quick Step will be free to read. I will update the Quick Step site with a new page every week on Thursday. The page will be up for you to read for free until next Thursday, where it will then go into the Archives. It will cost you 25 cents to read Quick Step from the Archives, in which you will have access to read it all for up to a year.
If you would like to be notified of each week’s update, please subscribe to either my newsletter (scroll to the very bottom of the page where you will see a handy form for you to subscribe with), or you can subscribe to my site’s RSS or Atom feeds to follow in your newsreader of choice (these are also located at the very bottom of the page).
I’m excited as hell, and I hope you’ll join me on this tale; I think it is my best one yet!
I knew 2005 had good things in store.
I’m honored my project is considered one of them!
Should be exciting, and as you know, I’ve been looking forward to this for awhile now.
I know! I have a tendency to want to “prepare” more for projects like this, when really I should just sit down and do it. This is something I’m trying to work on.
You can also browse through the Parlor archives.
Keep up to date with my email newsletter. Newsletters are sent at least quarterly.
