The Next Day...

It was actually a chill night of playing GameCube for once since there was the possibility that I would have to go into work around midnight. Unfortunately, I did have to go in. There were police everywhere on the interstate, not a whole lot of cars though. The city was pretty much eerily quiet except for the fireworks.

As I was driving back, one of the radio stations I flipped through to was playing a commercial-free live recording of a U2 concert. That was a great way to drive into 2004. Hope everything gets better for us all.
