    The Style Chart

    My Cool Style Chart

This is, by far, the best piece of the house. A Style Chart that holds all of your ties and lets you know what colors match with which tie. It is a veritable keystone for modern living. We (the wife and I) are both in agreement. This will stay, no matter what anyone says. It is just that cool.

Wow, I never knew such a thing existed! Does it work like a color wheel or something?

Yeah, basically. I’ll take some more photos of it next time I’m there.

For now, I’m planting my ass on the couch and waiting for this virus which took hold of me the other night to pass. I’m sick as a dog!

Man, there was once one of those on ebay, but alas, no longer. It looks like someone got it for $2.99. I found this in the cache, but the item was no longer in their system.

Hey Max, I’m amazed by that tie thing. I have two ties, and two shirts that I’d wear a tie with.. so that thing would probably screw me up.

I guess I should get a new shirt and tie though – all those photos of weddings, funerals, and graduation parties are starting to look like the same day.

Hey I wanted to pass along the compliments of Tommy Stinson, the guy from the Replacements that we opened up for. He was very complimentary of our cover art.

Hey wait.. he didn’t really say much about our band.. but he really dug the cover!

If one of those ties has a Looney Tunes character on it, you probably deserve an ass-kicking on principle. :)

Okay, seriously now, do not be afraid of ties. In fact, most good department stores should ask you what you are going to wear with a tie and will give you a selection to choose from. How easy is that? And you’re married anyway, so make the wife go with you. Fun for everyone!

That is great! Thanks for relaying on the compliment. Your music was great inspiration for it!

Well it’s not so much a fear of ties, it’s just a lack of occasion to wear them. By the time another event comes along, I realize it too late to buy a new tie.

That’s why if you look through a photo album it looks like I went to a graduation, then a funeral, then a wedding, and some sort of company christmas dinner all in one day – and my weight fluxuated up and down 15 lbs throughout that day.

It’s funny, there’s a Mickey Mouse tie in my closet (it’s been with my stuff for like 5 years now) and I have NO idea where it came from.
