Uhn!

Long day today. I’ve made it home, and decided to grab a glass of single malt graciously given to me by a client. I figure I’ll write a bit more for my story about my young mouse, name of Lorenzo Quick. I fire up iTunes to a 60s soul station online and suddenly I’m listening to James Brown, Live at the Apollo, Volume 2, singing the 20-some minute version of It’s a Man’s World. The booze relaxes me in the dark, and slowly, I start to dip a bit to the beat of the music. I know now, that I am close; close to being ready to write the big dance scene.
